Lynsay Hilsabeck

is originally from Fort Wayne, Indiana. She landed in Portland in 2012, where waterfalls, forest air, and good coffee sealed the deal. When she’s not helping brands grow their teams, she’s probably painting, camping near the nearest body of water, or rockhounding along the Oregon coast with her kids in tow. Before finding her groove in staffing, Lynsay’s career took a few creative turns; hair stylist, operations pro, Airbnb entrepreneur, and sales/marketing for IT teams.
