While we do our best to give you the info you need up front, you might still have some questions. We’ve tried to compile some of the most common questions all in one place, but if you need more info about anything you see (or don’t see) below, you can reach out to our HR team at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you have questions specifically about your assignment, your M+P recruiter will be the best point of contact for those.
Timesheets must be submitted by 10 a.m. every Monday through the duration of your assignment.
Folks working at some of our larger clients may be required to log their hours into one of these systems:

You’ve submitted your timesheet. Way to go! Now, when do you get paid? Paychecks are processed every other Friday for the preceding two weeks’ work. View a copy of our current payday calendar here.
Need copies of current or previous pay stubs? Login to your EmployDrive self-service portal to access your complete pay history.

We offer all of our full-time employees (working at least 30 hours a week) the option to enroll in medical and dental benefits following the completion of 60 days on assignment.
We offer pre- and post-tax 401(k) benefits with company match to eligible employees following the completion of six (6) months on assignment.
We offer up to 40 hours of PTO each calendar year. Some folks may be eligible for additional sick and safe time based on geographical location.

What states does M+P work in?
We have staff in Oregon, Washington, California, Texas and Idaho, but we work in many other states as well. Please reach out to HR or your recruiter ASAP if you have plans to move to a state not listed above.
What if I need to change my address, or update other information like my direct deposit or W-4 elections?
You can submit updates for any of the above through your EmployDrive self-service portal.
Where can I see how much PTO I have accrued and how do I request it?
You can find your PTO balance in your EmployDrive portal, either via your pay stub, or by going to the Time Off Balances screen. You can also submit a PTO request through EmployDrive under the Employee Calendar screen. Here’s a quick tutorial on how to do that.
I worked for M+P last year and I need a copy of my W-2. Where can I get that?
All former employees will receive a hard copy W-2 mailed to the last known address on file. If you moved or misplaced your copy, you can download a PDF copy through your EmployDrive portal, even if you are not a current employee of M+P. Reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any issues accessing your documents.
