After Effects: Art In Motion

Whether you’re a painter who wants to bring your works to life, a designer who wants to tackle motion graphics, a video editor who wants to build a better credit sequences or an animator who wants to explore new forms of digital cut-out animation, this class can teach you how to put your art in motion, using After Effects and Photoshop.

We’ll explore a broad set of 2-D and 3-D techniques, then help you work on more personal projects. Your instructor and fellow participants are here to help you achieve legendary After Effects greatness!

Prerequisite:
We recommend having a basic understanding of Adobe Creative Suite software such as Photoshop, InDesign and/or Illustrator prior to taking this class.

Scholarships

Scholarships are available to students who demonstrate financial need. If you’d like to apply, please complete the Bob Hedlund Memorial Scholarship Application form and submit along with documentation of financial need. Scholarships are reviewed on the 15th of every month and scholarships will be awarded on the 20th of every month. Applicants can apply for one scholarship slot per term, with a maximum of 3 scholarships per calendar year.
