Matt Rhoades is a man on a mission. During his two decades of exceptional creative leadership, no product has been more uniquely crafted than his career itself. Matt is a former global creative director at Nike, an advisor/faculty member at PENSOLE Footwear Design Academy in Portland, and the founder of his own creative agency: Mattelab.com. As a classic overachiever, Matt decided fours years ago to go back to grad school to get his MBA. Not everyone would do it that way, but screw the order of operations!
