RuNT. Priced Out

Written By Nick Mendez | Mar 13, 2017

Portland faces a critical lack of housing inventory, and what’s here is getting more expensive: rents rose 34% between 2010 and 2015 alone. What does this mean for the future of creative work in this city? What will happen if the artists and creative thinkers who make our city vibrant can no longer afford to live or work here? With filmmaker Alain LeTourneau, 1000 Friends of Oregon’s Madeline Kovacs, Neighborhood Partnerships’ Alison McIntosh, and ADX Portland founder Kelley Roy.
