The Administration | We’ve Got a Groovy Thing Goin’

Mathys+Potestio has always been synonymous with creative staffing. We’re pioneers in the industry and have a track record approaching 30+ years of great work.

At the same time, we’ve been asked to provide more than just creative and marketing talent over the years, largely because clients are happy with our work and naturally ask us to do more. General Managers, CFOs, business support, and event staff have been common and frequent requests. And of course, the P in M+P got his recruiting career started supporting clients with administrative talent and worked in Human Resources for many years.

We’ve always viewed our staffing services less as a transaction and more as a strategic partner to help firms grow and retain talent.

In 2016, based on our past performance, an enterprise client asked us to join a select group of vendors to support their hiring needs across a variety of functions beyond creative and marketing. Doing so would officially expand our service offering to business professional, operational and other functions.

The Administration began.

Our high-touch, old-school approach to doing business, a calling card of Mathys+Potestio and our creative staffing services (branded under The Creative Party®) has been brought to Operations, Finance, Human Resources, Sales and more.

We’ve always viewed our staffing services less as a transaction and more as a strategic partner to help firms grow and retain talent. With The Administration we are able to place people into their own strategic positions, as leaders in the management and day-to-day operation functions of businesses.
