We Made the Inc. 5000… Again!

It’s nice to be back on this amazing list. For the last 9 years, there has been one constant theme with M+P (aside from Happy Hours): growth. We grew a lot, Inc. Magazine noticed, and they once again put us on their America’s Fastest-Growing Private Companies list, aka the Inc. 5000.

We’re proud of this designation for a few reasons:

Our Staff: we’ve been growing because our employees have been kicking ass. They’re building business the right way, supporting our talent, starting relationships with new clients, and getting the word out that there is a staffing brand doing things one handshake at a time.

Our Talent and Clients: our staff is killing it because they’ve found us incredible clients and talent. If those clients weren’t doing such great work, they wouldn’t be growing and have jobs for us to fill. If our talent didn’t do so well on their assignments, we wouldn’t be growing our client relationships.

Our New Cities: in the last year, we’ve opened new branches in Boise and San Francisco. Boise is a city on the rise and San Francisco is a town where we have deep roots.

This is the 4th time we’ve been on this list, but it means just as much every time we make it. Almost more this time because we went a year or two off the list. We’re impressed by our fellow honorees, amazed at our good fortune to be growing as fast as we are, and grateful to our employees that got us here. Onward and upward.
